The Shared Kitchen Begins to Take Shape

The shared kitchen came a little closer to reality last week when we had some new equipment delivered. Today, we met with kitchen designer and Kingsborough Community College culinary professor James Fuestal to begin laying out the plans for the kitchen -- he should have conceptual, preliminary drawings next week!

Also met with Planner/Designer Darryl Cook of Cook Keating, who will be working with our architect, Lia Dikigoroupoulos, also a CUNY Professor at NYC College of Technology -- to begin planning for exterior and interior renovations.
